How Often Should I Get a Sports Massage? |

Hey folks, I recently started getting into weight training, and I’ve noticed that my recovery isn’t as quick as I’d like. My muscles feel tight, and I sometimes get minor aches after lifting heavy. I’ve been considering getting regular sports massage in Cambridge, UK, but I don’t know how often I should go. Do people usually get it weekly, monthly, or just when they feel tightness? I don’t want to overdo it, but I also want to make sure I’m maximizing my recovery and preventing injuries. If anyone has advice on the ideal frequency for massage therapy, let me know!
