This week, Tatiana Clouhtier, head of the Ministry of Economy (SE), announced Alfredo Gonzlez Reyes as the new person in charge of the 2030 Agenda Office in Mexico, after the resignation of Gemma Santana.

Likewise, the government agency detailed that he was a member of the Human Development, Poverty Reduction and Millennium Development Goals team for Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), based in the city of New York, and executive coordinator of the UNDP Human Development Research Office in Mexico.
As part of his work experience, there is no position alongside Alfonso Romo or as part of the now defunct Office of the President.

During his morning conference on Thursday, the President commented that he will invite Clouthier to attend the daily conference at the National Palace, along with Gonzlez Reyes, to talk about the balance and status of compliance with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
